In order to better and more efficiently serve our customers, we have created a renewed Jungent Estonia OÜ Foodservice tellimiskeskus | VERTIGO töötuba order centre, for business customers, which allows catering customers to order products conveniently through the e-store. In the renewed order center, you can track the full history of your orders, place a new order more conveniently and quickly, compare different products and send price inquiries to a sales representative. The new order center displays Jungent Estonia OÜ Foodservice tellimiskeskus | VERTIGO töötuba to the customer contractual agreement special prices.


https://telli.jungent.eu/ The order center (e-shop) is a sales channel for business customers, and in order to buy and order products, a business customer must have an account in the e-shop. Customer sales and purchase agreement with the Foodservice department of Jungent Estonia OÜ is obligatory. When you sign a customer agreement, a credit limit and payment period for a specific business customer is defined by credit department. One of the required parts of registering an e-store customer account is to enter a business register number . In Axapta Business Software we assigns each business customer an unique payer’s customer code and shipment customer code . All business customers are registered and activated in the Axapta business software and after that they are confirmed and activated for the customer account user in the e-shop, if the customer applies for it at;filing in customer agreement. E-shop’s main features are

Products and product information

https://telli.jungent.eu/ The e-store distinguishes between general and customer-specific products. General product offers are displayed in the normal e-store view for users who are not logged in.

The products and prices in the order center are customer-based. When logging in, the customer sees all the product categories and products allowed to him, but in addition, customer-specific products are also distinguished per customer. These customer-specific products, which are usually ordered by the customer are at customer-based contractual prices (provided that unique customer code is entered by Foodservice customer service).

Price quotations

If a customer is interested in a new product or isn't happy with the e-store's pricing (or wrong non-contractual pricing), you can make a price request at ADD TO QUOTE button. This request is forwarded through the system to the client manager, who can make an updated quote to the client and prepare an updated customer-specific price for the user in the e-store. The price request should also specify the possible order quantity that you want to buy at a better price.

 

POS cashier

To place sales orders on behalf of a customer in the Order Center by Jungent sales managers and customer service , we use the POS cashier (point-of-sale); Webkul Magento checkout plugin allows to put orders on hold hold until a customer code is added to the customer data in Axapta's business software, which requires the signing of a customer agreement. This, in turn, speeds up the buying and selling process when needed, increases flexibility and enables better service to Foodservice customers.

POS order corresponding to the customer's e-mail address will be sent to the order placed by Jungent's sales managers.

 

Shopping basket and stocks

https://telli.jungent.eu/ In the order center, multi-stock information is added to the product details page, ie product availability in Jungent Baltic warehouses (including Latvia and Lithuania by the end of 2021) . This information is constantly updated and the customer sees the quantities of products available in real time in different warehouses and is able to plan the quantities of the order to be submitted accordingly. If the customer decides to buy the product, he adds the quantity of the product to be purchased to the shopping cart and the customer is directed to the shopping cart from the product page, where he can confirm his order.;

Delivery addresses

The customer can order goods from 1 user to different delivery addresses, provided that the delivery address shipping code is added to Dasboard (customer service department or sales manager can help).
